If the only outcomes displayed are “Great” or “Critical,” it is possible that autoplay is turned on. During autoplay, all note outcomes will be “Great” or “Critical.”

To turn off autoplay, tap on “Live Show” from the home screen, then “Normal” or “Daily.” Select a song, and then uncheck the “Autoplay” box at the bottom of the Deck Select screen.
