Why can’t I purchase the All Stars Pass again?

Only one game account can be linked to a given store ID and purchase platform. This is the only account able to purchase an All Stars Pass.

If you have multiple accounts, please check your purchase platform ID to see which account it is associated with.

For players only using one account, an All Stars Pass subscription is purchased under Shop > All Stars Pass. The subscription period is valid for a month, and it is renewed automatically for another month once the expiration date is reached. Sometimes it takes some time for the renewal to be reflected in-game.

If your subscription status is shown as “”Status: Expired Membership”” and you are unable to purchase the All Stars Pass again, then there may have been an issues such as a payment error or insufficient funds at the time the payment withdrawal was attempted.

Correcting this issue during the grace period following the end of your subscription will allow you to renew it normally. Please note that your status may not be updated immediately after solving any payment-related renewal issues. Should that be the case, please wait a while and then check it again.
